EntiGuard

Never lose an LLC to a missed filing.

EntiGuard tracks every Annual Report, franchise tax, and registered-agent deadline across your whole portfolio of LLCs — in one dashboard, independent of whoever your registered agent is.

Why one missed date is expensive

Good standing isn't a formality.

If your LLC gets administratively dissolved for a missed Annual Report, the liability shield that separates your personal assets from the business goes with it — right when a property or brand is on the line.

The problem

Every LLC has its own clock. You're keeping all of them in your head.

50 different rulebooks

Delaware wants a flat franchise tax by June 1. Florida wants an Annual Report by May 1. Wyoming ties it to your formation month. None of them remind you the same way.

One notice, one mailbox

States mail a single renewal notice to your registered agent's address. Change agents, move, or just miss the letter — and there's no second warning before penalties start.

It compounds with every entity

One LLC is manageable with a sticky note. Five LLCs across three states is five different due dates, five different fee schedules, and one spreadsheet that's always a little out of date.

Try it yourself — no signup

Add your entities. See every deadline at once.

This is the actual logic EntiGuard runs on. Your entries are saved locally in this browser.

Demo, not filing advice: deadline rules below reflect general public information for the most common LLC states as of 2026. Always confirm the exact date with your Secretary of State — EntiGuard tracks dates, it doesn't file anything or give legal advice.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs itself.

01

Add every entity once

Name, state, and formation date. Import from a spreadsheet if you're managing a bigger portfolio.

02

See every deadline on one timeline

No more checking five different registered-agent portals. One dashboard, sorted by urgency.

03

Get reminded before the state acts

Email alerts at 30, 14, and 3 days out — sent to you, not just to whichever address your registered agent has on file.

Pricing

Cheaper than one late fee.

Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record — cancel anytime from your own account.

Standard (after launch)

$39/month
  • Up to 15 entities
  • Unlimited states
  • Email reminders at 30 / 14 / 3 days
  • Larger portfolios: custom pricing

FAQ

Before you ask

Is this legal or tax advice?

No. EntiGuard tracks publicly available filing deadlines and sends you reminders. It doesn't prepare, file, or interpret anything, and it isn't a substitute for a lawyer or CPA. Always verify dates on your Secretary of State's website.

Which states are supported?

The live demo above models Delaware, Wyoming, Florida, Texas, Nevada, New Mexico, California, New York, Georgia, Illinois, Colorado, Arizona, Washington, South Carolina, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, Michigan, Missouri, and Pennsylvania. More states are added as we roll out — tell us which ones you need on the waitlist form.

Do you replace my registered agent?

No, and that's deliberate. EntiGuard works no matter who your registered agent is, or if you have different agents for different entities — it's a second, independent set of eyes on your deadlines, not a filing service.

What happens to my data?

We only collect what you give us: your email, and whatever entity/deadline data you enter. It's never sold. See the full .
